The subscriber information clarification service allows the current user of the number to find out information about the number via SMS.
Subscription
By simply sending a blank SMS from the number they use to the short number "6800", they will be able to clarify the subscriber information of the number (First name, Last name and Patronymic) via SMS.
Within the service, it is intended to provide only the information of the number to which the SMS is sent.
Usage fee
The use of the service is completely free of charge via SMS, USSD code, as well as the "Azercell Kabinetim" mobile application.
The service is intended for all postpaid and prepaid (Sim-Sim) line subscribers, excluding corporate subscribers.
Additional information: If the subscriber of the number is another person, the actual user of the number and the subscriber of the number can apply to Azercell customer services with their identity cards to transfer the number to the name of the actual user.

If the reply SMS contains information that the number information is incomplete, the actual user of the number can apply to Azercell customer services with their identity card to complete the information based on the relevant procedures.

Since the use of the service is not intended for corporate subscribers, no subscription fee is charged during use. The service is also available for subscribers who have performed MNP, but the transfer of the number from name to name is carried out according to standard MNP conditions.

Bakcell
Bakcell has launched a new service to simplify the registration and transfer of mobile numbers from name to name.
Bakcell subscribers (excluding corporate and MNP subscribers) can now dial *540#yes to find out whose name the number they are using is registered under. After that, the subscriber can more easily perform the operations of
- registering the number currently in their use, which is registered in the name of another person, in their own name
- registering a number not registered in anyone's name in their own name.
For this, the subscriber dialing the code can approach any Bakcell Customer Services Center with their identity card and the SIM card of the number in their use to transfer the number to their name within the framework of relevant Bakcell procedures.
